摘要 研究发现,脑卒中与骨骼健康之间存在紧密的联系。骨折作为卒中后的一项严重并发症,导致患者致残率、致死率升高,严重影响脑卒中的康复效果。目前认为,脑卒中患者发生骨折的原因主要与意外跌倒及骨质疏松有关。另外,体力活动、光照、膳食以及药物也成为影响卒中后骨骼健康的重要因素。临床工作中,医生应当重视以上几个方面,同时对患者进行多维评估来预测跌倒风险,可以减少卒中后骨折的发生,提高患者的生活质量。 Several studies have shown that the close relationship exists between stroke and bone health. Fracture is one of the severe complications in stroke patients which can lead to high morbidity and mortality. However,the reason of fracture lies in increased risk of accidental fall after stroke and post-stroke osteoporosis. Physical activity,sunshine,diet,and drugs have been proved to be the critical factors that affect bone health. In order to reduce the incidence of fracture,doctors and patients themselves should pay attention to these aspects. Meanwhile,multi-dimensional assessment needs to be employed to predict the risk of falls.
