摘要
英国脱欧、特朗普的"逆全球化"言论使原本就不平稳的全球经济面临了更多不确定性。总结发现,世界经济进入深度调整期,世界政治局势出现了动荡,西方社会内部发生了割裂以及新的制衡力量未有效培育是逆全球化产生的主要原因。中国企业正处于"走出去"步伐加快的阶段,"逆全球化"新动向的产生无疑会对中国海外投资企业产生明显的影响。"逆全球化"对中国海外投资企业最直接的影响是中国企业向欧美等"逆全球化"导向的国家进行海外投资的难度增大,但是也存在化为危机的可能。中国海外投资企业需要在理性认识"逆全球化"之后,可以从提升企业海外投资水平,增强企业内生发展实力,处理好与东道国的关系以及选择多元化的被投资国几个方面着手进行有效应对,从而在全球经济环境动荡的过程中处于有利地位。
Britain out of Europe, Trump＇s ＂reverse globalization＂ speech make the unstable global economy faces more uncertainty. Chinese enterprises ate in the accelerated phase of ＂going out＂. The world economy has entered a period of deep adjustment, the world political situation has been turbulent, the western society has been split and new checks and balances force are not effectively cultivated, are four main reasons for the emergence of counter g[obalization. The generation of new trends of ＂reverse globalization＂ will no doubt be obvious influence on our foreign investment enterprises abroad. The most direct influence of inverse g]obalization of Chinese foreign enterprises is that the difficulty of investing to Europe or the United States or other＂ anti globalization ＂oriented country increases, but there exists a possibility of turning crisis into opportunity. For overseas investment enterprises in China, after rational understanding of ＂ inverse globalization＂, they should take measures to handle it in an effective way, such as enhance the level of investment from overseas enterprises, enhance endogenous development strength, make good relations with the host country and choice multiple investor nations. Then can they be well positioned in the turbulent global economy.
