黄腐酸钾对烤烟生长发育及其叶片矿质元素积累的影响 被引量:17

摘要 为黄腐酸钾肥在烤烟生产上的应用提供参考,以云烟87为试验材料,采用田间试验研究黄腐酸钾肥对烤烟生长发育及其矿质元素吸收积累的影响。结果表明:黄腐酸钾肥料可提高烟草根系的生理活性,改善根系形态,促进烤烟生长发育;显著提高根系干物质、地上部干物质及矿质元素积累量;显著增加根系体积、总吸收面积、比表面积、活跃吸收面、根系活力及ATPase等根系形态和生理活性。 The effects of potassium fulvic acid on growing development and leaf mineral elements accumulation of Yunyan 87,a flue-cured tobacco variety,were studied by a field experiment to provide a reference for application of potassium fulvic acid in flue-cured tobacco production.Results:The potassium fulvic acid can increase the physiological activity of flue-cured tobacco roots,improve the root morphology,promote its growing development,significantly increase dry matter of the roots and overground part and leaf mineral elements accumulation,significantly raise root volume,total absorption area and specific surface area and activate absorption surface area,root activity and ATPase activity.
