摘要
点缺陷微腔因其具有选频功能在光子晶体滤波中被广泛应用。通过波导与四个不同参数微腔的耦合,实现了1530nm、1555nm、1580nm和1605nm四波长的波分解复用功能。结果表明,该器件仅通过调节微腔介质柱半径就可实现四波长平均透射率约为93%的高效输出,适用波长间距短、分辨率高且器件尺寸小,在光通信中具有潜在的应用价值。
Point defect microcavities are widely used in photonic crystal filters because they are useful in frequency selection. By coupling waveguides with microcavities of four different types, it is possible to demultiplex wavelengths of 1530nm, 1555nm, 1580nm, and 1605nm. Results show that multi-wavelength transmittance of approximately 93% (which indicates a high output efficiency) can be achieved by adjusting the radius of the microcavity medium. This paper has potential applications in small, very selective, high-resolution optical communications devices.
