摘要
珊瑚砂形状不规则,多孔、扁平、粉状的颗粒较多,吸水率较大,不利于大体积混凝土的配制,经过合理调整砂率、水胶比,提高外加剂掺量,掺入一定量的掺合料,可以配制出满足工程要求的大体积混凝土;通过配合比的优化设计,大体积混凝土的最佳配合比(kg/m^3)为:m(水泥)∶m(珊瑚砂)∶m(碎石)∶m(粉煤灰)∶m(耐蚀剂)∶m(淡化海水)∶m(减水剂)=337∶654∶1066∶63∶20∶210∶8.4。通过试验段的浇筑验证其施工性能,3个多月后观察未发现肉眼可见裂纹,表明该珊瑚砂大体积混凝土体积稳定性较好。
Coral sand has irregular shape, more porous,flat, powder particles,bibulous rate is bigger, is not conducive to the preparation of the mass concrete,through a reasonable adjustment of sand ratio,water/cement ratio,increase the dosage of admix- ture,mixed with a certain amount of admixture, can make mass concrete which satisfy the requirement of engineering;Through the optimization of mixture ratio design,optimal mixture ratio of mass concrete are as follows:cement:coral sand:gravel:fly ash:corrosion resistant agent:sea freshwater:water reducing agent=337:654:1066:63:20:210:8.4. Through the casting of the test section to verify its construction performance,no visible cracks were found during the observation after more than three months,indicating that the volume stability of the coral sand mass concrete structure is good.
