摘要
随着国民经济的发展,我国建筑工程的项目规模也在不断提升,然而,由于造价咨询管理不周造成的资金短缺现象也屡见不鲜。因此,在工程项目建设中做好全过程的造价咨询管理,减少工程造价至可控范围内,才能避免资金流断裂,提升施工效率。论文将浅析造价咨询管理中存在的问题,并给出提升管理水平,合理控制工程造价的方案。
With the development of national economy, the scale of construction projects in our country is also increasing, however, the shortage of funds caused by inadequate cost consultation management is common. In order to avoid the breakage of capital flow and improve the construction efficiency, we can do a good job of cost consultation management in the whole process of engineering project construction, and reduce the project cost to the controllable range. This paper will analyze the problems existing in the cost consultation management, and scheme of improving the management level and controlling the project cost is given.
