摘要
随着社会的不断发展,也推动了建筑工程发展进步,近年来,随着政府加强对建筑行业的调控,使建筑工程的造价工作日渐规范化、市场化。在项目全过程中应用造价管理,不仅可优化设计、施工,有效降低成本,且还能避免返工、经济纠纷等情况的发生,故针对造价工程师在项目全过程中的作用进行探讨。
With the continuous development of society,and also promote the development and progress of construction engineering.In recent years,with the government＇s regulation and control of the construction industry,the cost of building engineering has been standardized and marketed. The application of cost management in the whole process of the project can not only optimize the design and construction,reduce the cost effectively,but also avoid the occurrence of rework and economic disputes.This paper discusses the role of the cost engineer in the whole process of the project.
