摘要
抗战时期台湾籍民滞留福建沿海地区不归,成为福建省政府需要解决的一大问题。为避免台湾籍民通敌,福建省政府将滞留在福建沿海地区的台湾籍民迁至闽北崇安地区进行集中管制。这一举措是国民政府在艰苦抗战的历史时局中,无可奈何之下做出的最佳选择。此后,崇安县政府与李友邦将军共同谋划,吸纳留崇台民为台湾义勇队队员,为垦荒台民提供报国的机会和晋升的渠道,进而实现了自垦荒台民到抗日豪杰的身份转换,其命运因此得以改变。
During the War of Resistance Period, lots of Registered Taiwan Residents stayed in coastal areas of Fujian province. It became one problem for Fujian government to solve. To avoid the Registered Taiwan Residents colluding with Japanese government, Fujian government migrated them to Chong＇an County in northern part of Fujian province for con- centrate regulation. This measure was the best choice under the War of Resistance situation because Chinese government was under a really difficult historical period at that time. Later General Li Youbang tried to find a proper solution for these residents together with Chong＇ an government. They absorbed them as Taiwan Volunteers, thus provided the residences a chance to serve the country and a channel to promote, and then made their identity change from land reclamation residents to anti-Japanese heroes. And their destiny changed from that time on.
