革兰阴性菌在ICU感染患者中的菌群分布及耐药性分析

摘要 目的分析革兰阴性菌在ICU感染患者中的菌群分布及耐药性。方法选取2014年7月至2016年9月鄢陵县人民医院收治的200例ICU感染患者,应用纸片扩散法检测革兰阴性菌分布情况及耐药性。结果 200例ICU感染患者,分离出250例革兰阴性菌。主要分布于痰液148株(59.20%)、尿液34株(13.60%);主要包括鲍曼不动杆菌73株(29.20%)、铜绿假单胞菌60株(24.00%)、肺炎克雷伯菌34株(13.60%);主要抗菌药物为氨苄西林-舒巴坦、头孢曲松、头孢噻肟。结论革兰阴性菌在ICU感染患者中多分布于痰液及尿液,且氨苄西林-舒巴坦、头孢曲松、头孢噻肟为主要抗菌药物。
