摘要
射孔作业事故多种多样,射孔枪断爆是射孔作业中最常见同时也是最严重的作业事故之一。以渤海油田K井断爆事故为例,按照作业工序,对射孔枪管串逐一进行排查,筛选出潜在的问题点,通过模拟试验,对问题仪器的作业及故障状态进行还原,通过数据分析和事故状态的再现,得出了导致事故发生的根本原因。该试验方法可以根据断爆事故的不同表现,反推出操作工序和设备状态的潜在问题,以指导现场作业和设备管控,从源头避免事故发生,提高作业成功率。
There are various accidents in the perforation operation, and the breaking and explosion of the perforating gun is one of the most common and most serious accidents in the perforation operation.Taking the broking and explosion accident of perforation gun in well K in Bohai oilfield as an example, the perforating barrel strings were checked one by one in accordance with the working procedure, and the potential problem points were screened out. The operation and fault state of the problem instrument is restored through simulation test, and the root cause of the accident is found out through the analysis of data and the reappearance of accident state. The test method carl guess the potential problems of operation process and equipment status according to different performance of the breaking and explosion accidents, so as to guide on-site operation and equipment management and control, avoid accidents from source and increase the success rate of perforating operation.
