摘要
铁路工程是我国的基础建设,其不仅可以促进交通运输业的发展,同时对我国经济的发展也起着十分重要的作用,而工程管理工作是确保铁路工程顺利开展的重要举措。鉴于此,论文首先对工程概况进行了简单的介绍,分析了当前我国铁路工程管理存在的关键问题,并提出了新时期铁路工程管理的策略,希望对相关人员有所裨益。
Railway engineering is the infrastructure of China, which can not only promote the development of transportation industry, but also play a very important role in the economic development of our country. The project management is an important measure to ensure the smooth development of railway engineering. In view of this, the article firstly introduces the general situation of the project and analyzes the key problems existing in the current railway engineering management in China. The strategy of railway engineering management in the new period is put forward,hoping it will benefit to the related personnel.
