摘要
对抓捕器液压控制系统进行了设计和仿真分析。采用Matlab/Simulink仿真软件建立抓捕器液压控制系统的仿真模型,并对液压控制系统进行仿真。通过仿真,得出了两只液压缸伸出和收回所用的时间、液压缸活塞杆的位移曲线,以及液压缸入口的压力和流量变化曲线等。仿真结果表明,该抓捕器液压控制系统能够在2s内完成抓捕动作;通过仿真可预测系统性能,为系统的优化设计提供依据。
The hydraulic control system of the catcher was designed,simulated and analyzed.The simulation model of hydraulic control system was set up by using Matlab/Simulink simulation software,and the hydraulic control system of the catcher was simulated.By means of simulation,the time of hydraulic cylinder extending and recovering,displacement curve of hydraulic cylinder piston rod and the curve of pressure and flow change of hydraulic cylinder inlet were obtained.The simulation results show that the hydraulic control system of the catcher can complete the catch action in 2 seconds,and the feasibility of the hydraulic control system is verified.At the same time,the system performance can be predicted in advance,and it also provides the basis for optimal design of the system and then improves the design success rate.
