摘要
对20CrMn2Mo钢渗碳淬火后,进行了接触疲劳试验,细致观察了疲劳裂纹的产生、发展和最终发生疲劳剥落的全过程,并进行了理论分析,得出了疲劳极限方程。为渗碳淬火钢齿轮的设计提供了依据。
The authors perform the contact fatigue test of the carbonized and quenched steel20 CrMn2Mo, carefully observe the whole course of producing, developing andfinally fatigue flaking of the fatigue cracks, and then the course is theoreticallyanalyzed, thus obtaining the fatigue limit equation. The paper also provides thebasis for the design on carbonized and quenched steer gears
