摘要
采用Hummers法制备了氧化石墨烯(GO),反应体系为浓硫酸加硝酸钠,高锰酸钾为氧化剂,反应过程可分低温(4℃以下反应2h)、中温(38℃反应2h)和高温(98℃以下反应2h)三个阶段,将4g石墨经过强酸氧化得到GO,以制备的GO为结构单元,采用化学法使其与金纳米线合成复合材料,将12mg四氯金酸溶于400μL油胺中,在油胺的作用下,形成金纳米线/氧化石墨烯(AuNWs/GO)纳米复合材料。通过扫描电镜、X射线衍射方法对GO、AuNWs/GO纳米材料的形貌和结构进行了表征。
First,Grapheme oxide(GO)was prepared by hummers method,the reaction system was concentrated sulfuric acid plus sodium nitrate,potassium permanganate as oxidant,the reaction process can be divided into three stages:low temperature(2 hunder 4℃),medium temperature(38℃for 2 h)and high temperature(98℃for 2 h),graphite was oxidized by strong acid to obtain GO;secondly,the gold nanowires were prepared by the chemical method using GO as the structural unit,AuNWs/GO nanomaterials were formed by dissolving 12 mg tetrachloroauric acid in 400μL oleylamine.The morphology and structure of GO,AuNWs/GO nanomaterials were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD)and other methods.
