摘要
为满足重频Marx装置中高压脉冲电容器组的快速充电需求,研制了一台采用超级电容预储能、全桥逆变升压、倍压整流、10路并联输出的高压电容器充电电源,输出电压-90 kV,平均充电功率6.5 kJ/s,对等效电容量为0.32μF的Marx装置进行5 Hz重频充电实验测试,电源系统运行良好,满足了小型化、可靠性设计指标。
To fulfill the fast charging requirements for the high voltage capacitors in a repetitive Marx generator, we present the design and real- ization of a high-voltage charging power supply devic. This power supply uses a super capacitor to preserve the energy, then a full bridge invertor and voltage multiplier to boost the voltage, and finally 10 modules in parallel to boost the current. It provides -90 kV/6.5 kW output in charging a 0. 32 μF capacitor at 5 Hz. The device runs well, which proves its compact and reliable design.
