摘要
基于社会认知理论和开放式创新视角探讨知识型领导对员工创造力的影响。通过对379名企业知识型员工数据分析发现:知识型领导正向影响员工创造力;外部知识搜寻在知识型领导与员工创造力之间起着部分中介作用;吸收能力正向调节外部知识搜寻与员工创造力间的关系。
From the perspectives of social cognitive theory and open innovation, this paper examined the effects of knowledge leadership on employee creativity. Based on the data from 379 knowledge workers, the results showed that knowledge leadership has a significant positive influence on employee creativity; external knowledge sourcing partially mediates the relationship between knowledge leadership and employee creativity; absorptive capacity positively moderates the relationship between external knowledge sourcing and employee creativity.
