煤矿井下定向深孔复合钻进减阻规律研究 被引量:11

摘要 复合钻进对于提高综合钻进效率、提高系统钻进能力、改善孔内环境以及实现钻孔轨迹精确控制均有积极意义;尤其是对于定向深孔,复合钻进能够起到很好的减阻作用。分析了复合钻进时钻柱运动状态,提出了转滑比概念;运用动力学有限元分析方法研究了转速、给进速度对摩阻的影响,得出了转滑比与减阻效率的影响关系。通过现场试验验证了模拟分析结果,并总结出了适用于硬岩定向钻进的复合减阻钻进工艺。 The compound drilling technology has positive significance to improve drilling efficiency, the borehole depth, and to promote the borehole condition and trajectory controlling accuracy, especially for directional deep hole, compound drilling technology can play a good role in reducing friction. Slip turning ratio concept is proposed by the analysis of drill string motion state. Dynamic finite element analysis is used to study the effect of speed and feeding speed on the friction, and the influence of slip turning ratio and friction reduction efficiency is obtained. The results of simulation analysis are verified by field test, and the compound friction reduction and directional drilling technology for hard rock is summarized.
