摘要
为考察NAP10对低芳烃润滑油基础油低温性能的影响,通过向低芳烃的润滑油基础油中添加NAP10,分析其对油样的CCS、倾点、絮凝点、低温下对磷酸酯型抗磨剂溶解性的影响,试验结果表明:NAP10对油样的倾点影响较小;油样的CCS、絮凝点会随着NAP10加入量的增加而升高;随着NAP10加入量的增加,对磷酸酯型抗磨剂在低温下的溶解性变大,NAP10加入量应适量,否则会影响油品的抗磨性能。
To analyze the effect of NAP10 on the low temperature performance of low aromatic lube base oil,the CCS,pour point,floc point of oil sample and the dissolution of phosphate type antiwear agent at low temperature were studied by adding NAP10 to oil sample.The result indicated that the pour point of the oil sample changes a little after adding NAP10; the CCS and floc point of oil sample ascend with the increase of the amount of NAP10; the dissolution of phosphate type antiwear agent at low temperature is rising when the amount of NAP10 increases. So the dosage of NAP10 should be appropriate,or it will affect the antiwear properties of low aromatic lube base oil.
