摘要
随着信息技术的应用和普及,电子资源越来越多地被人们使用。伴随着电子资源的广泛使用,图书馆也面临着新的问题,过量下载是其中比较突出的问题之一。论述了过量下载的概念和现状,分析了过量下载的影响和成因,提出了图书馆应对过量下载的可行对策。
With the application and popularization of information technology, more and more electronic resources are used by people. With the extensive use of electronic resources, libraries also face new problems. Excessive downloading is one of the most prominent problems. This paper discusses the concept and current situation of excessive downloading, analyzes the influence and causes of excessive downloading, and puts forward some feasible countermeasures for libraries to cope with excessive downloading.
