通过搜集整理2016年发生在化妆品消费领域的诉讼案例,分析了化妆品行业消费纠纷的整体现状,并归纳了现阶段职业索赔的数个热点领域和运作特点,以期帮助业界更有效地防范和应对类似纠纷。
Professional claimants were special consumers who took advantage of the law by seeking flaws on labels or advertisements and claiming compensation from retailers and/or manufacturers.By collating civil lawsuit cases from cosmetic industry in 2016,the report analyzed the overall situation of compensation claims in the industry in China.The results provided valuable information for preventing and dealing with similar disputes.
