摘要
以山东平阴丰花玫瑰为研究对象,采用摊晾和袋装两种存储方式存放玫瑰鲜花,分别于0、4、8和24 h后提取玫瑰精油,计算出油率并分析精油成分。结果表明,对比各存储时间点,摊晾比袋装出油率高,其中摊晾存储4 h出油率最高,袋装存储8 h出油率最高。随着摊晾和袋装存储时间的延长,玫瑰油中香茅醇含量升高,香叶醇含量降低,香茅醇与香叶醇的含量比值呈现升高趋势;橙花醇、芳樟醇、苯乙醇含量先升高后降低,2-十三烷酮含量先降低后升高。摊晾存储提取的玫瑰油中甲基丁香酚相对百分比含量先降低后升高,袋装存储方式下其相对百分比含量一直降低。摊晾和袋装4 h对比,香茅醇/香叶醇(相对含量比值)分别为1.56和2.31,苯乙醇相对百分比含量分别为0.74%和0.63%,甲基丁香酚分别为3.57%和3.80%。综合对比精油成分,以摊晾存储4 h品质较佳。
The oil yields of Rosa 'Feng Hua' from Pingyin county,Shandong province were investigated after storing for 0,4,8 and 24 h in air or bag,and the main aroma components in these oils were analyzed.The results showed that the yield of oil obtained from flowers stored in air was higher than that stored in bag,among which,the highest oil yield came from flower stored in air for 4 h,or in bag for 8 h.The content of citronellol in oil increased with storage time,whereas the content of geraniol decreased with storage time,their ratios showed an increasing trend.The content of nerol,linalool,and phenethyl alcohol increased first then decreased,while the content of 2-tridecanone decreased first then increased.Moreover,the content of methyl eugenol decreased first then increased,it always showed decrease for the oils obtained from flower stored in bag.After storing in air and bag for 4 h,the ratios of the content of citronellol to geraniol were 1.56 and 2.31,and the relative contents of phenethyl alcohol were 0.74% and 0.63%,while those of methyl eugenol were 3.57% and 3.80%,respectively.Upon comprehensive comparison of the constituents of oils obtained,it was recognized that the better quality oil would be got with the flowers stored in air for 4 h.
