神农架贝母生物碱提取工艺优化及抗氧化活性 被引量:1

摘要 以神农架贝母为原料,在单因素试验基础上,采用响应面法研究了液料比、提取时间和温度对神农架贝母中生物碱提取的影响,建立了二次回归模型,得到了提取工艺的最佳条件,研究结果表明影响生物碱提取顺序依次为时间>温度>料液比,在最佳提取工艺:液料比30∶1,时间3 h,温度63.45℃条件下提取,平均吸光值为0.383 66。生物碱对DPPH自由基、ABTS自由基、亚铁离子和超氧阴离子具有一定的清除作用,且呈浓度依赖性。 Using fritillaria of Shennongjia,the extraction technology of alkaloids was studied. On the basis of single-factor experiment,the response surface methodology was used to study the effects of material solvent ratio,extracted time and temperature on the alkaloids extraction. A quadric regression model was established,and the optimum extraction conditions were obtained. It showed that all the three factors played important roles in alkaloids extraction. The optimum extraction conditions were as follows: solvent material ratio 30 ∶ 1,extracted time 3 h,extracted temperature 63. 45 ℃. Under such conditions,the average absorbance is 0. 383 66. Alkaloids has antioxidant activity and can clean DPPH,ABTS,Fe2 +and superoxide anion with concentration dependent.
