摘要
目的探讨开展外固定支架结合克氏针治疗老年桡骨远端骨折的临床效果。方法回顾性分析外固定支架结合克氏针治疗桡骨远端骨折的82例患者的临床资料。结果所有患者均随访12~18个月,平均14.6个月。X线检查骨折愈合时间为6~12周,平均(7.45±3.04)周。术后12个月,82例患者治疗的优良率为87.8%(72/82)。结论通过中长期观察,外固定支架结合克氏针治疗老年桡骨远端骨折可获满意疗效,该方法手术创伤小、费用低廉、操作简单,是一种有效的手术方法。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of external fixation combined with Kirschner wire in the treatment of elderly patients with distal radius fracture. Methods The clinical data of 82 patients with distal radius fractures treated with external fixator combined with Kirschner wire were retrospectively analyzed. Results All patients were followed up for 12 to 18 months, with an average of 14.6 months. The fracture healing time of X-ray examination in patients was 6 to 12 weeks, with an average of （7.45±3.04） weeks. At twelve months after surgery, of the 82 patients, the excellent and good rate was 87.8%（72/82）. Conclusion Through medium-term and long-term observation, external fixation combined with Kirschner wire in the treatment of distal radius fractures of the elderly has satisfactory clinical results, it has the characteristics of small surgical trauma, low cost and simple operation, which is a effective operation mode.
