摘要
目的评价依达拉奉联合氯吡格雷治疗急性脑梗的临床疗效以及安全性,为急性脑梗患者临床治疗工作提供参考。方法选择我院2014年8月至2016年8月收治的86例急性脑梗患者,随机分为观察组和参照组,每组43例。参照组患者接受氯吡格雷治疗,观察组患者在参照组治疗的基础上加行依达拉奉治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者的临床治疗总有效率高于参照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者的CSS评分、Fib、D-二聚体、APTT、TT、PT、FDP水平均显著改善,且观察组上述各项指标优于参照组(P<0.05)。两组患者用药期间均无明显药物不良反应发生。结论相对于氯吡格雷单一治疗,联合依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗可以更好地改善患者的凝血功能、神经功能缺损情况,提高治疗效果且无明显药物不良反应。
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of edaravone combined with clopidogrel in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction, and to provide reference for clinical treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods From August2014 to August 2016, 86 patients with acute cerebral infarction treated in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into observation group and reference group, with 43 cases in each group. Patients in the reference group received clopidogrel,while patients in the observation group were treated with edaravone on the basis of the reference group, and the therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the reference group（P〈0.05）. The CSS scores, levels of Fib, D-dimer, APTT, TT, PT and FDP significantly improved in both groups after treatment, and those in the observation group were better than the reference group（P〈0.05）. There was no obvious adverse drug reactions during the medication in both groups. Conclusion Compared with clopidogrel alone, combining with edaravone in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction can better improve the coagulation function and neurological deficits, increase the therapeutic effect and no obvious adverse drug reactions
