摘要
目的探讨综合性舒适护理对断指再植患者情绪及手指功能恢复的影响。方法将150例于我院接受断指再植治疗的患者随机分为观察组和参照组,各75例。参照组患者给予常规护理,观察组在此基础上给予综合性舒适护理。比较两组患者护理前、后焦虑自评量表(SAS)及抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分及手指功能恢复情况。结果治疗后,两组患者的SAS及SDS评分均低于治疗前,且观察组明显低于参照组(P<0.05);观察组患者手指功能恢复优良率为90.67%,明显高于对照组的78.67%(P<0.05)。结论断指再植患者容易出现焦虑及抑郁,临床治疗的同时配合综合性舒适护理,能够有效规避和减少不良情绪的发生,并提升患者的康复效果。
Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive comfort nursing on emotion and finger function recovery in patients with finger replantation. Methods A total of 150 cases of patients with finger replantation admitted in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into observation group and reference group, with 75 cases in each group. The reference group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was treated with comprehensive comfort nursing. The self-rating anxiety scale（SAS） and self-rating depression scale（SDS） scores before and after nursing, finger function recovery were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were lower than those before nursing, and those of the observation group were lower than the reference group（P 0.05）. The excellent and good rate of finger function recovery in the observation group was 90.67%, which was higher than 78.67% in the reference group（P 0.05）. Conclusion Patients with finger replantation are prone to be anxiety and depression, the combination of clinical treatment and comprehensive comfort nursing can effectively avoid and reduce the occurrence of adverse emotions and improve the rehabilitation effect of the patients.
