摘要
目的:探讨联用葛根芩连汤和小陷胸汤治疗2型糖尿病合并血脂异常的效果。方法 :将2015年6月至2017年5月期间绵阳市安州区人民医院收治的96例2型糖尿病合并血脂异常患者作为本次研究的对象。根据治疗方法的不同将这些患者平均分为对照组和治疗组。对两组患者均进行常规治疗。在此基础上,为治疗组患者使用葛根芩连汤和小陷胸汤进行治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果 :进行治疗后,治疗组患者FBG、2hPG、HbA1C的水平均低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。治疗组患者血清TG、TC、LDL的水平均低于对照组患者,其血清HDL的水平高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论 :联用葛根芩连汤和小陷胸汤治疗2型糖尿病合并血脂异常的效果较为理想。
Objective： To evaluate the effect of combination of Gegen-qinlian decoction and Xiaoxianxiong decoction for treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with dyslipidemia. Methods： Select 96 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with dyslipidemia treated in People＇s Hospital of Anzhou district of Mianyang City during June 2015 to May 2017 for research object. Divide the cases to control group and experimental group. Treat 2 groups of patients with routine therapy. Based on it, we treat experimental group with the therapy of combination of Gegen-qinlian decoction and Xiaoxianxiong decoction. Then compare effective rate of 2 groups. Results： After treatment, the levels of FBG,2 h PG,HbA1C of experimental group is significantly higher than that in control group（P〈0.05）.The levels of TG,TC,LDL of experimental group is significantly lower than that in control group, but HDL level of experimental group is significantly higher than that in control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The effect of therapy of combination of Gegen-qinlian decoction and Xiaoxianxiong decoction for treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with dyslipidemia is good.
