摘要
为了确定子中心起爆式导弹弹与舱壁间的相互作用力,针对战斗部内部结构的复杂性,提出了一种子弹模型简化方法,这为解决类似问题提供了一种方法。通过ABAQUS计算邻层子弹刚度,可简化为桁架结构模型,在ABAQUS中计算的桁架节点径向力即为子弹与舱体的相互作用力。最后通过解析几何法对桁架结构模型实行可靠性验证,对比结果表明,有限元法计算的结果与解析几何法之间的差距在3.2%范围之内,结果吻合度良好,证明了桁架模型的可靠性和可行性。
To obtain the interaction force between bullets and bulkhead,an approach has been proposed to simplify the bullet model because of the complexity of the internal structural position of the warhead. This also provides a way to solve similar problems. ABAQUS finite element code has been employed to calculate the stiffness of the bullets between adjacent layers. Then truss structure model has been established and truss radial force is the interaction of bullets and cabin. The comparison shows that the disparity between the calculation result of the finite element method and analytic geometry method is within the range of 3. 2%. The results show good agreement and hence proves the reliability and feasibility of the truss finite element model.
