摘要
陕甘宁边区开展的以民生为重点的社会建设,主要体现在价值理念、制度设计和具体措施三个层面,即在价值理念上坚持全心全意为人民服务、在制度设计上始终代表人民群众根本利益、在具体措施上坚持一切从人民群众实际出发。这为我们在新时代中国特色社会主义建设中提升社会建设能力,提高社会建设水平提供了重要的经验借鉴和现实启示。
The social construction focusing on the people's livelihood in the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia border region,mainly embodied in three aspects of value concept,system design and the specific measures. Concretely speaking,we should persist in serving the people wholeheartedly in terms of values. We must always represent the fundamental interests of the masses on the system design,adhere to all measures in specific measures and start from the reality of the masses. This provides important experience and inspiration for us to enhance the social construction ability and improve the level of social construction in the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.
