学习型社会下开放大学“学”与“教”关系初探

摘要 建设学习型社会是时代转型发展的创新需求,也是全面建成小康社会、实现教育现代化的有力保障。开放大学作为学习型社会下的新型教育模式,实现了人人皆学、处处可学、时时能学,契合了学习型社会全面学习、终身学习、自主学习、个性化学习的核心理念,有利于提高全民素质,推进社会学习化进程。"学"与"教"作为开放大学建设过程中的主要矛盾体,既相互统一又相互制约,共同推动着开放大学的可持续发展。本文通过从学生与教师、学习与教育等方面探索开放大学建设过程中"学"和"教"的良好行为关系,从而提高开放教育的整体教育质量,加快学习型社会的构建。 Building a learning society is an innovative demand for the transformation and development of the times. It is also a powerful guarantee for building a well-off society in an all-round way and realizing the modernization of education. The open University is a new education mode to make everyone learn at any time and any place which agrees with the core concept of learning society,lifelong learning,autonomous learning and personalized learning. It is conducive to improve the quality of the people and promote the social learning process. " Learning" and " teaching" as the main contradictions in the process of the construction of open universities,are mutually unified,interrelated,and jointly promoting the sustainable development of open universities. This paper explores the good behavior relationship between " learning" and " teaching" in the process of Open University construction from the aspects of students and teachers,learning and education,so as to improve the overall quality of open education and speed up the construction of a learning society.
