摘要
在企业竞争日益激烈的今天,越来越多的企业意识到项目管理的重要性。运用项目管理模式也正在成为压缩机企业提升整体制造实力,提高产品质量、缩减成本、降低风险,增强企业竞争力的重要管理手段。本文介绍了当前压缩机企业的项目特点、项目管理工作中采取的有效措施以及压缩机项目管理的实际应用,并对项目管理在压缩机企业的发展趋势作了一些探讨,为探索建立高效压缩机项目管理模式提供借鉴和参考。
With increasingly fierce competition,more and more enterprises are aware of the importance of project management. Its pattern operation becomes the important management means for the compressor enterprise to upgrade its general manufacturing strength,improve product quality,reduce costs and risks and enhance its competitive power.This paper describes the compressor enterprise＇s project characteristics,effective measures taken in project management and its practical operation,and discusses development tendency of project management in the compressor enterprise,providing references for exploring establishment of efficient compressor project management pattern.
