浅谈油气生产物联网(A11)技术中的功图诊断与量液——以福山油田为例 被引量:1

摘要 福山油田作为集团公司A11试点示范建设油田,目前已完成主力生产区块油气生产物联网建设,实现了生产数据采集与监控、安防等功能。通过功图诊断系统,把安装在井场的各种传感器采集回来的数据,通过有线或无线的方式传送到基地服务器,在基地服务器上通过对传回来的数据进行自动分析,从而远程对油井的当前井况状态、生产状态做出故障诊断、预警、统计分析,为生产提供决策支持。当前功图诊断主要采用的方法是:人脸识别法+专家经验公式+斜率辅助诊断;功图量液算法主要采用《三合一计量法》(GCT功图量液算法)。 As A11 experiment unit of Sinopec,Fushan Oilfield has completed construction of oil-gas production Internet of Things in the main production blocks,achieving the functions of production data collection,control and safety protection. Through indicator diagram-based diagnosis system,the collected dada by sensors installed in the well site are transfered via wired mode or wireless mode to the server on base by which the returned data are analyzed automatically. The analyzed data can help to make fault diagnosis,early warning and statistical analysis of oil wells' condition and production state in a long-distance way,providing the decision support for oil production. The main method of indicator diagram-based diagnosis is face recognition + expert empirical formula + slope auxiliary diagnosis. Indicator diagram-based liquuid measurement uses "Three-in-one metrological law"and "GCT indicator diagram-based liquid measurement".
