摘要
1988~1990年在净月潭樟子松种子园中,按正交设计进行了人工辅助授粉试验。结果说明:①人工辅助授粉是促进樟子松种子园增产的有效措施。②辅助授扮的最佳试验组合是:花粉浓度50%;有效花粉量100ml;授粉次数为2次。
The crossed experiment of artificial supplementary pollination was made at Jing Yue Tan seed orchard of Mongolian Scotc hpine from 1988 to 1990. The experimental results showed, (1), artificial supplementary pollination was a effective measure for seed production increasment, (2), the best combination of supplementary pollination was pollen concentration (50%), effective pollen amount (100ml)and pollination (2 times).
