摘要
随着生物柴油的产量急剧增加,其副产物甘油的利用成为国内外研究的焦点。本实验考察了不同Ru金属的负载量对Ru-Ir-ReO_x/SiO_2催化甘油原位产氬制1,2-丙二醇的影响。在Ru负载量为0.5 wt%时,反应时间为61h,反应温度为190℃,甘油转化率可达37%。增加催化剂的量后,甘油的转化率提升至54%,1,2-丙二醇和丙酮醇的选择性分别为34.5%和30.7%。
with the rapid increase of biodiesel production,the utilization of its by-product glycerin has become the focus of research at home and abroad.In this experiment, the influence of different Ru metal loads on the 1,2-propylene glycol production in situ hydrogen production of ru-ir-ReOx/SiO2 was investigated. In Ru load of 0.5 wt %, the reaction time of 61h,the reaction temperature is 190℃,glycerol conversion rate could reach 37%.After increasing the amount of catalyst,the conversion rate of glycerol increased to 54%,and the selectivity of 1,2-propylene glycol and acetone alcohol was 34.5% and 30.7% respectively.
