摘要
本文主要论述用6/66/610三元共聚尼龙树脂改性环氧胶粘剂的改性原理、胶粘剂的原料配方、配制方法、涂胶工艺及固化条件、基本性能数据等.此胶粘剂具有高强度、高韧性.可以在低温(-60℃) 、室温、高温(120℃)长期工作.适于制造铝质蜂窝结构及要求剥离强度和耐冲击性能好的金属与金属的胶接.
The paper expounds the principles of modification of epoxy adhesive by the 6/66/610 copolym-rized nylon resin . The formula of modification , the composition of the modified epoxy adhesive . the method of mixing the components , the working procedures of application and the conditions of solidfi-cation and fundamental behavion of the finished adhesion, are explained. The adhered joint has high strength and tenacity, with working tempreture from -60℃ to 120℃. The modified adhesive is suitable for joining cellular aluminium structures and cementing metal parts . The cemented metal to metal joint has high peel strength and impact resistance.
