摘要
精准扶贫与保险机制,在作用机理上具有内在逻辑的一致性,在功能作用上具有承接性,在资金配置使用上具有相似性,在扶贫对象的动态管理上具有关联性,在发挥市场作用上具有统一性,因此可以说两者具有天然的内在联系。保险作为金融市场和民生保障体系的重要组成部分,应积极主动地全面融入推进脱贫攻坚的大格局之中,实现保险机制与精准扶贫的深度融合。
In view of the internal logic consistency between insurance and poverty alleviation in the action mechanism, their functions of undertaking, similarities in fund allocation, correlation in the dy- namic management of the targets, and unity in respect of marketing function, it is fairly to say there is a naturally internal relationship between insurance and poverty alleviation.As an important part of the fi- nancial market and security systemof the people＇s livelihood, insurance should be fully integrated into china＇s poverty alleviation project, in order to realize a deep integration of poverty alleviation and insur- ance mechanism.
