摘要
在认真剖析国内外地铁建设和运营中火灾事故特点和原因的基础上，结合西安地铁建设、运营的具体特点，对西安地铁建设中已出现的险性事故进行深刻剖析并认真总结事故教训；对地铁建设、运营中火灾事故预防、救援的对策进行了研究和探讨，着重对西安地铁建设、运营中火灾预防的各项措施、技术进行详细探讨、研究，以期营造西安地铁建设和运营的安全环境，减少或彻底消灭火灾等险性事故的发生，为地铁的安全建设和运营提供新的思路、方法和对策。
After analyzing the characteristics and the causes of fire accidents in construction and operation do- mestic and abroad metro carefully,the dangerous accidents in the construction of Xi＇an metro is deeply summarized combining with the specific characteristics of Xi＇an＇construction and operation ,and the fire accidents prevention and rescue in the construction and operation are studied and discussed, and the measures and techniques of fire preven- tion in the construction and operation in Xi＇an Metro are focused with expecting to create a safe environment, reduce or eliminate completely fire accidents, which provides new ideas and methods for the safety of subway construction and operation.
