摘要
为研究中空夹层钢管混凝土试件的抗冲击性能,利用DHR-9401式落锤试验机对6根中空夹层钢管混凝土和2根双层空钢管试件进行抗冲击试验研究。通过冲击力传感器、高速摄影仪和动态应变仪记录不同冲击能量下中空夹层钢管混凝土的冲击力、跨中挠度和特定点的应变,并对比中空夹层钢管混凝土直管、锥管、双层空直管和双层空锥管试件的抗冲击性能。最后基于非线性有限元软件ABAQUS对试验进行模拟。研究结果表明:中空夹层钢管混凝土试件的抗冲击性能明显优于双层空钢管试件的抗冲击性能;中空夹层钢管混凝土直管试件的抗冲击性能优于锥管试件;随着冲击能量的增加,试件的变形随之增大;模拟结果与试验结果吻合较好。
To study impact resistance of concrete filled double steel tubular( CFDST) members,six CFDST members and two hollow double steel tubular members were carried out impact resistance experiment by using DHR-9401 drop hammer test machine. The force sensors,high-speed camera and dynamic strain gauge were used to record impact force,mid-span displacement and strain in specific locations of CFDST under different impact energy. The impact resistance of CFDST straight/tapered members and hollow double steel tubular straight/tapered members were compared. Finally,nonlinear finite element ABAQUS was used to simulate the experiment. The study results showed that compared to hollow double steel tubular members,the CFDST members under the same applied impact energy demonstrated superior impact behavior. The CFDST straight members had better impact behavior than that of CFDST tapered members under the same applied impact energy. With the increase of impact energy,the deformation of specimen increased. The simulation results were in good agreement with the experimental results.
