摘要
美国高校招生"新模式"是美国权力精英利用招生改革的话语权,以"科学选才"之名为阶层既得利益站台,以获得更多的名校教育机会。这种标榜为"科学"的改革,必将成为精英阶层固化的凝固剂,削弱社会的代际流动程度,损害代际公平。我国高考改革不应复制美国模式,应在全球化改革浪潮中作出适合我国国情的适切选择。针对我国目前正在实施的"三位一体"综合评价,应合理控制招生规模,坚守高考录取的刚性条件,加大对弱势群体补偿和扶持力度。高考改革对"公平性"与"科学性"的双重坚守才能让社会更有温度。
The essence of the＂new model＂of college admissions in the United States is that the U. S. elite are trying to take advantage of the reform of college admissions, in which they have the right of speech. In the name of＂scientific election of talents＂, it has been utilized to protect the vested interests, enabling them to gain more educational opportunities at top schools. This reform, labeled as＂science＂, will surely become a solidifying agent for the elite stratum, weakening the intergenerational social mobility and undermining intergenerational equity as well. The reform of the college entrance examination in our country should not copy the American model. Rather, we should make a suitable choice in the tide of globalization in line with China＇s national conditions. In view of the socalled＂three-in-one＂comprehensive assessment currently being implemented in our country, we must put college enrollment under rational control, stick to the rigid college admission requirements, and increase compensation and support for disadvantaged groups. Only when the college entrance examination reform represents both equity and scientificness can it help to build a more caring world.
