摘要
山区是北京生态保护屏障和水源涵养地,是北京建设宜居之都的重要屏障,北京山区生态环境保护政策是保护北京山区的一个重要手段。在梳理北京山区生态环境保护政策演变的基础上,发现其存在公众参与意识淡薄、政策体系不够细化、资金投入力度不足等问题。最后,提出了北京山区生态环境保护政策未来发展趋势。
Mountain area is the ecological protection barrier and water conservation area of Beijing. It is an important barrier for the construction of livable city in Beijing. The ecological environment protection policies in Beijing＇s mountain areas have become an important means to protect the mountain areas in Beijing. Based on grasping the evolution of ecological environment protection policies in Beijing＇s mountain areas, the authors found out its problems, such as the consciousness of public participation was weak, the policy system was not refined, and the fund investment was insufficient. Finally, the future development trend of ecological environment protection policies in Beijing＇s mountain areas was put forward.
