摘要
目的观察呼吸道合胞病毒肺炎患儿雾化吸入喜炎平注射液前后炎性因子水平变化及治疗效果。方法选取2014年11月-2017年3月医院收治的呼吸道合胞病毒肺炎患儿120例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例。所有患儿给予常规抗感染及对症支持治疗,治疗组患儿在此基础上加用喜炎平雾化吸入治疗。比较2组患儿治疗前后血清白细胞介素6(IL-6)、白细胞介素8(IL-8)和肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)水平及治疗效果。结果 2组患儿治疗前血清IL-6、IL-8和TNF-α水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2组患儿治疗后IL-6、IL-8和TNF-α的血清水平均较治疗前显著降低,且治疗组患儿降低幅度大于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组喘憋缓解时间、咳嗽缓解时间和住院时间均显著短于对照组患儿(P<0.01)。结论喜炎平注射液雾化吸入可明显抑制呼吸道合胞病毒肺炎患儿的血清炎性因子,临床疗效显著。
Objective To observe change of inflammatory factors＇ level of children with respiratory syncytial virus pneumonia before and after Xiyanping nebulization and clinical effect. Methods 120 children with respiratory syncytial virus pneumonia admitted to hospital in November 2014 to March 2017 were selected,and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,60 patients in each group. All children were treated with regular anti-infection and symptomatic treatment,and the treatment group was treated combined with Xiyanping nebulization. The serum levels of IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-αbefore and after treatment and curative effect between the two children were compared. Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the level of IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-α between the two groups of children（P〈0. 05）. The serum levels of IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-α of two groups both were significantly lower than before treatment,and the treatment group were lower than in the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0. 01）. The treatment group dyspnea remission time,cough relief time and hospitalization time were significantly shorter than the control group（P〈0. 01）. Conclusion Xiyanping nebulization can significantly inhibit the serum levels of inflammatory factors of patients with respiratory syncytial virus pneumonia. Its clinical effect is exactly.
