摘要
目的探讨应用指背筋膜蒂皮瓣修复指端皮肤缺损的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2013年1月-2015年12月沈阳积水潭医院收治的186例（210指）手指患者，均采用指背筋膜蒂皮瓣予以修复，观察临床症状改善及术后随访功能恢复情况，以分析临床治疗效果。结果所有患者中，186例（210指）完全成活，皮瓣创口愈合良好。随访12-18个月，平均（13．5±1．6）个月，皮瓣外形及质地较满意，耐磨性良好，两点分辨觉5-10mm，患指功能恢复达到满意水平。结论对于指端皮肤缺损患者，应用指背筋膜蒂皮瓣修复具有创伤小，操作简单，术后恢复效果好等优势，适用于临床推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of the dorsal fascial flap for repairing fingertip skin defect. Methods In a retrospective analysis, a total of 186 patients （210 fingers） with fingertip skin defect were collected from Shenyang Jishuitan Hospital between January, 2013 and December, 2015. All patients were treated with dorsal fascial pedicle flap for repairing. The improvement of clinical symptoms, function recovery follow-up, and clinical therapy effect were observed and compared. Results All 210 fingers in 186 patients after operation survived and the flap wound healed well. Undergoing 12-18 month follow-up [average （13.5：61.6） months], the result suggested that the shape and texture of the flap were satisfactory, the wear resistance was good, two point discrimination was 5-10 mm, and the functional recovery of the wound fingers reached satisfactory level. Conclusion For the fingertip skin defect patients, the application of dorsal fascial flap repair has small trauma, easy operation, good postoperative recovery, and is suitable for clinical application.
