摘要 目的以现有的混凝土生命周期预测理论为基础,根据试验研究结果,对特定结构超高性能混凝土构件的生命周期进行预测.方法对超高性能混凝土试件进行氯离子渗透试验,测得不同深度处氯离子质量分数,并建立氯离子质量分数与深度的函数关系,以理论公式计算超高性能混凝土的氯离子扩散系数,代入计算模型计算超高性能混凝土构件的使用寿命.结果在钢筋保护层较小情况下,即使在海水入侵环境或除冰盐环境中,超高性能混凝土制品的使用寿命均可以达到50a以上,具备工程利用价值.结论氯离子渗透机制可以作为混凝土结构生命周期预测的有效手段. Based on the existing concrete life cycle prediction theory,the life cycle prediction of ultra-high performance concrete members with special structure is carried out according to the experimental results.The chloride penetration test of ultra-high performance concrete(UHPC) specimens was carried out,in which the chloride ion concentrations at different depth were measured.Functions between the chloride ion concentration and depth are established.Chloride ion diffusion coefficient of ultra-high performance concrete is calculated theoretically,and the service life of ultra-high performance concrete could be calculated.The results showthat,even if the reinforced protection layer is smaller,in the environment of seawater intrusion or deicing salt environment,ultra high performance concrete product service life could be more than 50 years,which means that the UHPC has the value of engineering utilization.Chloride ion permeation mechanism could be used as an effective means of life cycle prediction of UHPC.
