摘要
目的预测某液化天然气(LNG)建设项目在生产过程中可能产生及存在的职业病危害因素种类、危害程度及防护效果,论证该项目职业卫生的可行性。方法采用类比法、检查表法与工程分析法进行定性与定量评价。结果生产过程中可能产生的职业病危害因素有甲烷、二甲基乙醇胺、异戊烷、丙烷、乙烯、噪声、低温等。类比检测结果,甲烷CTWA为<1.3~45.6 mg/m3,异戊烷CTWA为0.005~0.007 mg/m3,乙醇胺CTWA为0.08~0.26 mg/m3,均低于职业接触限值。结论该项目属于职业病危害一般的建设项目,如能认真落实拟采取的各种职业病危害因素防护措施及本评价报告中所提出的补充控制措施,从职业卫生防护角度分析该项目是可行的。
Objective To predict the possible type and level of occupational hazard in production processes and the protective effects of the liquefied natural gas( LNG) project on the health of workers,and to demonstrate the feasibility of the project on occupational health. Methods Qualitative and quantitative evaluation was carried out with the analogy,check list and engineering analysis methods. Results The possible occupational hazards of the project were ethane,dimethyl ethanolamine,isopentane,ethylene,ethylene 'noise,low temperature,etc. Detection results of the analogy project showed that CTWAfor ethane were 1. 3-45. 6 mg/m3,CTWAfor isopentane were 0. 005-0. 007 mg/m3,CTWAfor ethanolamine were 0. 08-0. 26 mg/m3,the concentrations of poisons met the national occupational exposure limits. Conclusion It is a general occupational hazard project. From the view of occupational health,the project is feasible on the basis of seriously implementing protective measures and supplementary control measures in the report.
