摘要
目的:评价泼尼松联合沙利度胺治疗重度Ⅱ型麻风反应患者的疗效。方法:重度Ⅱ型麻风反应患者38例给予泼尼松30 mg/d早晨顿服同时给予沙利度胺100 mg/次,每日3次,待症状控制后逐渐减量至停药,总疗程4个月。结果:重度Ⅱ型麻风反应患者痊愈率86.84%、显效率94.73%。结论:泼尼松联合沙利度胺治疗重度Ⅱ型麻风反应患者疗效显著。
Objective： To assess the efficacy of prednisone combined with thalidomide in the treatment of severe type-2 leprosy reactions. Methods： Thirty patients with severe type-2 leprosy reaction were treated with prednisone,30 mg,once a day,and thalidomide,100 mg,three times a day. The drug was gradually reduced after symptoms were controlled,The total course was 4 months. Results： The recovery rate and effect rate were 86.84% and 94.73%. Conclusion： Prednisone combined with thalidomide is effective in the treatment of severe type-2 leprosy reaction.
