摘要
鉴于很多高职院校对于学校建设信心不足,有必要强调文化自信的引领作用,从而进一步坚定建设一流高职院校的方向、信心和恒心。坚持文化自信引领,需要高职院校秉承历史的自信、改革的自信和开放的自信。在具体策略上建议:一是借鉴历史经验,加强顶层设计;二是明确办学定位,突出办学特色;三是明晰文化属性,构建特色文化;四是服务区域经济发展,促进对外交流合作。
In view of the fact that many vocational colleges lack confidence in school construction, it is necessary to em-phasize the leading role of cultural self-confidence, so as tofurther strengthen the direction, confidence and persistence in building first-class vocational colleges. Adhering to the guidance of cultural confidence requires higher vocational colleges to uphold the confidence of history, confidence in reform, and open confidence. And suggestions on specific strategies are as follows： first, learn from historical experi-ence and enhance top-level design; second, make clear the orientation o f running schools, highlight the characteristics of running schools; third, clarify the cultural attributes and build characteristic culture; fourth, serve the development of regional economy and promote foreign exchange and cooper-ation.
