摘要 目的观察神经节苷脂联合依达拉奉对急性脑梗死患者神经功能和血液流变学的影响。方法将我院收治的108例急性脑梗死患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各54例。对照组给予常规治疗+神经节苷脂治疗,观察组给予常规治疗+神经节苷脂+依达拉奉。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组神经功能缺损评分、血清炎症因子水平及血液流变学指标均显著降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论神经节苷脂联合依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死可显著改善患者神经功能,减轻炎症程度,改善血液流变学指标。 Objective To observe the effect of ganglioside combined with edaravone in patients with acute cerebral infarction and its influence on neurological function and hemorheology. Methods A total of 108 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 54 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional treatment + ganglioside, the observation group was given conventional treatment +ganglioside +edaravone. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the scores of neurologic impairment, the levels of serum inflammatory factors and hemorheology indexes in both groups decreased, and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Gangliosides combined with edaravone in patients with acute cerebral infarction can significantly improve the neurological function, reduce the degree of inflammation and improve the hemorheology indexes.
