摘要
目的探讨两种三联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染胃溃疡的临床疗效。方法 53例幽门螺杆菌感染胃溃疡患者,随机分为观察组(27例)和对照组(26例)。观察组给予奥美拉唑、阿莫西林、克拉霉素联合治疗,对照组给予奥美拉唑、阿莫西林、甲硝唑联合治疗。对比两组的治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率为96.30%,对照组治疗总有效率为69.23%,观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的幽门螺杆菌根除率为88.89%、不良反应发生率为18.52%,对照组的幽门螺杆菌根除率为65.38%、不良反应发生率为23.08%,观察组幽门螺杆菌根除率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论奥美拉唑、阿莫西林、克拉霉素三种药物联合治疗能显著提高幽门螺杆菌感染胃溃疡患者的幽门螺杆菌清除率,促进疾病好转,适用于在临床上广泛推广。
Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of two kinds of triple therapy in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori（Hp） infection and gastric ulcer. Methods A total of 53 gastric ulcer patients with Helicobacter pylori infection were randomly divided into observation group（27 cases） and control group（26 cases）. The observation group was treated with combined therapy of omeprazole, amoxicillin and clarithromycin, and the control group was treated with combined therapy of omeprazole, amoxicillin and metronidazole. The treatment effect in two groups was compared. Results The observation group had total treatment effective rate as 96.30%, which was 69.23% in the control group. The observation group had higher total treatment effective rate than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The observation group had Helicobacter pylori eradication rate as 88.89% and incidence of adverse reactions as 18.52%, which were 65.38% and 23.08% in the control group. The observation group had higher Helicobacter pylori eradication rate than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Both groups had no statistically significant difference in incidence of adverse reactions（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Combined therapy of omeprazole, amoxicillin and clarithromycin can significantly improve the Helicobacter pylori eradication rate of gastric ulcer patients with Helicobacter pylori infection, and promote the improvement of the disease. It can be widely promoted in clinic.
