摘要
主要从可迁移能力的含义及培养方式方面详细讨论高校土木工程专业的人才培养问题,指出专业技能的培养仅是高等教育的一部分,高校不应过分夸大知识技能的影响。高校在专业知识培训的时候也应该进行可迁移技能的培养。
The problem about university civil engineering personnel training has been discussed through the meaning of transferable skills andtraining method in this paper. The paper points out that the training of professional skills is only one part of higher education, and the universityshould not overstate the influence of knowledge skills. So, they should also train students’ transferable skills while train professional skills.
