摘要
试验通过采用自由水灰比的方式一共制作了81块试件。控制膨胀剂掺量、碎砖的含量,得到二者对再生混凝土强度的影响并得到相关的关系曲线。最终得到了结论:膨胀剂的适当加入有助于提升再生混凝土的抗压强度和自身应力;再生混凝土的膨胀剂掺量为8%时抗压效果与经济效果最好;碎砖掺量为30%左右的再生混凝土为最优设计,为再生混凝土在以后的工程应用中提供试验资料。
In this test, 81 pieces of test pieces were produced by using the free water-cement ratio. Control the expansion agent parameters, thecontent of broken bricks, the impact of the two on the strength of recycled concrete and get the relevant relationship curve. Finally we got the conclusion: the proper addition of expansion agent will help to enhance the compressive strength and self stress of recycled concrete, and expansiveagent of the appropriate parameters of 8% . When the expansive agent of recycled concrete is 8% , the compressive effect and economic effect arethe best. Recycled concrete with about 30% brick content is the optimal design. For the production of recycled concrete in the future to provideexperimental data to promote the development of recycled materials in China, in response to national sustainable development strategy.
