通过对珠海地区相关市政基坑建设情况分析,总结了目前该地区市政基坑工程现状,并基于业主视角,从成本管理角度对市政基坑工程全过程造价控制要点进行了梳理和总结,以期为本地区及相似地区市政基坑成本管理提供参考和借鉴。
